Along with helping investors and families buy and sell homes, we are also Senior Downsizing and Relocation Specialists, dedicated to supporting older adults and their families through one of life’s biggest transitions. Downsizing or relocating later in life can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to make the process smooth, respectful, and well supported from start to finish.

As a husband-and-wife team married for over 30 years, we understand the many challenges and joys that life brings. We each bring different strengths to our real estate partnership, helping to fill the gaps where the other may not be as strong. Together we blend heart and logic, caution and enthusiasm, speaking and listening, and punctuality and sometimes tardiness (we won’t say who is who, haha). That balance allows us to provide steady, thoughtful support as we serve our clients.

We are currently raising the last two of our seven—yes, seven—children in the sweet town of Cardston. With the busy pace of family life, filled with orchestrating plans, changing schedules, and juggling the demands of our entrepreneurial lives, we have come to deeply appreciate the slower rhythm of rural living.
Surrounded by hillside views, the Rocky Mountains, fresh air, and wide open skies, we feel incredibly grateful to call this place home. Cardston is a community that truly cares, and the surrounding towns are just as welcoming. We couldn’t ask for a better, safer, or more inviting place to raise our family and watch our humans (and our dog!) thrive.
